Joseph W. Fluehr

Joseph W. Fluehr concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and employment law. He represents clients on a wide variety of litigation matters involving enforcement of restrictive covenants and employment agreements, enforcement of commercial contracts and Fair Labor Standards Act claims. Mr. Fluehr further counsels clients on a number of transactional matters including employment agreements and commercial contracts.

Mr. Fluehr graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from St. Joseph's University while a member of the University's Men's soccer team. He continued his education at Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law where he received his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2016. While in law school, Mr. Fluehr interned with in-house counsel of a publicly traded company and a local non-profit organization. After graduating law school, but prior to joining Semanoff Ormsby Greenberg & Torchia, LLC, Mr. Fluehr worked for a litigation firm in Philadelphia. He continues to be involved with the Mentors Empowering Now To Overcome Recidivism program in Philadelphia (M.E.N.T.O.R.), where he has served as a mentor to individuals who were formerly imprisoned in an effort to reduce recidivism in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Mr. Fluehr has been selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars for Business Litigation for the past two years. The Rising Stars list recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state for their knowledge of the law, professional work ethic, and advocacy on behalf of their clients.
